1-Year Limited Warranty
Every refurbished SNOO purchased from Snoozy Mama includes a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the date of purchase.
What’s Covered This warranty covers mechanical and electrical defects that affect the normal operation of the SNOO during the warranty period.
How Warranty Service Works If you experience an issue with your SNOO, please contact Snoozy Mama before sending the unit to us. Our team may first provide troubleshooting assistance to help identify and resolve the issue.
If the SNOO needs to be returned for warranty service, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the SNOO to Snoozy Mama.
Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit. Depending on the nature of the issue, Snoozy Mama will, at its discretion, repair the SNOO or replace it with a comparable refurbished unit.
For an approved warranty claim, Snoozy Mama will cover the cost of standard shipping to return the repaired or replacement SNOO to the customer.
What’s Not Covered The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or damage that does not affect functionality, accidental damage, misuse or improper use, liquid or moisture damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, damage caused by improper packaging or shipping, or normal wear and tear.
Additional Warranty Terms Warranty service must be authorized by Snoozy Mama before the SNOO is shipped to us. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Replacement units, when necessary, may be refurbished and may have minor cosmetic differences from the original unit.
