We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. After this period, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Returns initiated after the 7-day period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items

To qualify for a return, items must be in brand-new, unused condition. The item must not have been installed, altered, or damaged in any way.

All returns must include the original packaging, manuals, and all accessories.

Items that are opened or partially used cannot be returned, regardless of the reason.
3. How to Initiate a Return

You must include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be processed.
4. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure it reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Restocking Fee

A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This helps cover the cost of processing returns.

Items that are returned incomplete, missing parts, or damaged may incur additional charges or be rejected for return.
6. Refund Process

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Non-Returnable Items

Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Custom or special-order items, as well as items marked "Non-returnable," are not eligible for return.
8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Claims made after 3 days of receiving the product may not be accepted.
9. No Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
10. Final Sale

All purchases made during promotional events, clearance sales, or with discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned.
